Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MeetFlow AI (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

MeetFlow helps authenticated users upload private meeting audio, generate transcripts, and produce structured outputs such as summaries, decisions, action items, risks, and follow-up drafts. The Service may also provide Markdown export and workspace usage metrics.

The Service does not currently include payment checkout, automatic email delivery, calendar integrations, meeting bots, team chat, notifications, or PDF export.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is provided by Clerk.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant MeetFlow a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content, including meeting recordings that may contain other people’s voices or personal information. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another workspace’s data.
• Do not probe, scrape, or overload the Service beyond normal use.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
• Do not use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. AI output disclaimer

Transcripts and AI-generated summaries, decisions, action items, risks, and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before relying on them for business decisions, legal commitments, or communications.

7. Plans, limits, and billing

The Service enforces monthly meeting limits by plan (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Paid-plan billing is not currently connected. Prices shown in the product are for plan structure only until a payment provider is implemented and activated by the operator.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers such as Clerk, Neon, Vercel, Deepgram, and Groq. Their availability, policies, and pricing are outside MeetFlow’s sole control. Outages or provider limits may affect transcription, analysis, storage, or authentication.

9. Service limitations

Processing currently runs in request-scoped application workflows rather than a separate durable worker queue. Large uploads, provider rate limits, or temporary infrastructure issues may cause delayed or failed jobs. Failed states are shown in the product so you can retry where supported.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment (when billing is connected), or risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
